I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. After booking job and call out Garage Door adjustment and repair operation was carried out successfully by competent engineer. received cost quotes from company, whilst engineer was on property. Very good service from job start to finish
Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
Same day service. Good advice on what was required. Fair quote. Started work immediately quote was accepted. Cleaned up after repairs completed including resealing around the door frame. Offered maintenance advice too.
After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning!
